We advise landlords on rent levels, we market the property and always accompany whenever someone wants to view, we take references and fulfil all the necessary statutory requirements, we prepare inventories and set up tenancy agreements. We collect rents, sort out repairs and act as a first point of contact for tenants.
We’ve got an Out of Hours emergency number too. Please remember that no one likes being disturbed at the weekend so only ring this for genuine emergencies.
